Summary:
-
Partner with business leaders to understand objectives address HR issues and support overall organizational goals.

Serve as an HR liaison across multiple areas including succession planning talent management labor relations employment employee relations compensation benefits EEO and training and development.

Interpret and apply company policies procedures and employment laws to ensure compliance and effective HR practices.

Analyze and utilize data such as market surveys labor forecasts and business plans to support strategic workforce decisions.

Collaborate with other HR team members to design and implement processes that attract reward and motivate employees.

Support continuous improvement in HR systems policies and programs to enhance workforce effectiveness and engagement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Human Resources with broad knowledge across multiple HR disciplines (e.g. employee relations talent management compensation and compliance).

Strong understanding of employment laws labor relations and HR best practices.

Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
-
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively across teams.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
