Job Summary:
The Exhibition Manager will be responsible for planning organizing and executing national and international jewellery exhibitions trade shows and events. The role involves end-to-end management from conceptualization to post-event analysis ensuring brand visibility sales growth and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan manage and execute participation in jewellery exhibitions and trade fairs.

Develop exhibition strategies aligned with marketing and sales objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams (design marketing sales logistics) for seamless execution.

Manage vendor relationships booth designers fabricators and event organizers.

Handle budgeting negotiation and cost optimization for all events.

Ensure brand consistency in exhibition design communication and customer engagement.

Oversee logistics including product movement security and on-site setup.

Analyze event ROI and prepare post-event performance reports.

Identify new exhibition opportunities and recommend participation strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing Event Management or related field.

5-10 years of experience in exhibition or event management within the jewellery or luxury retail industry.

Strong project management negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

Excellent communication presentation and organizational abilities.
-
Ability to travel frequently for domestic and international events.
