Job Summary

Key responsibilities

Sales and customer management:

Guide customers through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.

Achieve and exceed sales and market share targets.

Manage customer orders and ensure smooth processing.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Product and technical knowledge:

Educate customers on the benefits of EVs including technical specifications features and charging infrastructure.

Provide information on financing options and any relevant incentives.

Answer customer questions about the vehicles and charging solutions.

Marketing and lead generation:

Generate leads through various activities such as events home visits and direct outreach.

Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.

Participate in promotional activities in different locations like offices malls and residential complexes.

Customer service and support:

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond.

Record customer feedback to improve the sales experience.

Skills and qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in sales (especially B2C) customer relationship management and direct customer engagement.

Skills:

Strong product demonstration and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Knowledge of EV technology and the charging ecosystem is highly beneficial.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as an electrician. Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems. Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers voltmeter etc.) ... Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
