Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead and grow retail store sales manage store teams drive revenue targets and improve customer experience across outlets. The role focuses on sales performance team leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store-wise and region-wise sales targets
Manage and mentor Store Managers and Sales Teams
Monitor daily sales performance footfall and conversions
Plan and execute promotions offers and seasonal campaigns
Ensure excellent customer service standards
Analyze sales reports MIS and KPIs
Coordinate with merchandising supply chain and marketing teams
Manage inventory levels and stock movement
Ensure SOP compliance and store discipline
Handle escalated customer issues
