Job Summary

Professional Experience:

Minimum 15 years in industrial sales
At least 45 years of direct exposure to industrial markets
Experience with premium brands and welding electrodes
Proven ability to manage distributors and pitch to customers
Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Requirements

Industry Exposure:

Must have worked directly with manufacturing companies (not via distributors)
Relevant sectors: Forging Casting Foundries Automotive Fabrication Oil & Gas Power Plants
Note: Candidates from pharmaceutical or cement industries will not be considered

Additional Preferences:

Proficiency in English Hindi and regional languages
Familiarity with NDT or welding technologies is a plus
Preference for married candidates
Age range: 4055 years
