Job Summary
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Service/Industrial Maintenance Mechanical Technician in Salt Lake City UT. The role involves mechanical and electrical maintenance troubleshooting and repair of industrial gas engines (0.259.5 MW) running on natural or alternative gases. Responsibilities include routine and major service minor repairs failure analysis reporting supplier coordination and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements:
4 years experience with reciprocating engines or similar mechanical/electrical systems
Mechanic automotive electrician or industrial electrician background
Mechanical Technician certification or higher
Valid U.S. drivers license and legal work authorization
Reside in or willing to relocate to Salt Lake City UT
Desired Skills:
Experience with Jenbacher gas/diesel engines (Series 6 preferred)
Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow technical procedures
Teamwork and customer service focus
Computer proficiency and PLC knowledge
