Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee routine and preventive maintenance operations for the NTTAPGBTW & MCLB contract. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities including buildings fiber huts and associated infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness safety and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily weekly and monthly maintenance schedules across all assigned facilities
- Conduct and oversee inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure all facilities remain clean orderly and compliant with safety regulations
- Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance tasks including:
- Pest control
- Janitorial services
- Fire protection and alarm systems
- HVAC systems
- Security and perimeter fencing
- Backup generators
- Ice machine servicing (quarterly)
- Plumbing systems
- Elevator and electrical systems
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
- Proven experience in facilities management or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing etc.)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
