We are seeking a dynamic People Business Partner (PBP) with a strong generalist background to manage and execute key People&Culture (P&C) processes across the organization.
This role will be responsible for setting up and supporting the end-to-end implementation of core P&C programs including Talent Management Performance Management Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Acquisition.
The PBP will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees ensuring P&C initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management
- Support the implementation talent review and succession planning processes.
- Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Ensure talent initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
- Performance Management
- Lead the setup and execution of the performance management cycle.
- Provide training and guidance to Leaders and employees on performance tools and best practices.
- Monitor compliance and quality of performance evaluations.
- Learning & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis and create annual training plans.
- Organize and manage training programs ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.
- Track participation and evaluate impact of learning initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition
- Support recruitment processes for key roles ensuring alignment with workforce planning.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Oversee candidate experience and ensure compliance with recruitment selection and onboarding policies.
- HR Process Ownership (within scope)
- Suggest new initiatives to improve P&C and organizational efficiency improve brand awareness and employee experience.
- Track progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Employee Support & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Leaders and employees on P&C policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate P&C data to support decision-making.
- Analyse trends and provide insights to improve P&C processes.
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree in Human resources or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the mentioned scope
- Strong understanding of balancing the needs of the business with the People strategy.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed and multicultural environment.
- Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are welcome.
