Key responsibilities:
- Review end cycle of business Opportunities
Collect and qualify all documents needed in an opportunity making sure all are attached.
Align all values in the opportunity with the final approved numbers and close the opportunities.
After verifying signature from the customer / partner will be delivering fast track.
Updating ADVOCACY on the account level after every sell to have the correct tracker in the accounts.
Sanity check on OF and DARs before submitting contracts.

- CRM Hygiene
Track different metric on the opportunities like close date in the past 1% opportunities and 10% opportunities upfront payments.
Qualifications :
- English Professional French and German are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in finance marketing and IT
