Job Summary
Process Management
Implement assigned BS strategies to ensure agility through technological capabilities to support companys growth and objectives by conducting following activities.
Execute strategic systems conversions & integrations.
Implement BS roadmaps to achieve BS objectives
Maintain within annual BS OPEX & CAPEX budgets.
Develop & implement BS project plans in line with project management best practices
Implement new supply chain applications and changes to existing ones.
Timely completion of quarterly assessments and the annual assessment.
Implement assigned business systems projects/Initiatives in order to ensure on-time & within-budget Go Live by carrying out the following activities.
Implement BS model as per the Master Logistics Agreement (MLA) & approvals for new customers
Schedule project reviews & provide updates to align with given deadlines
Sign-off implementation by carrying out User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
Provide best support for supply chain applications including but not restricting to Inventory Management Systems (IMS) Warehouse Management System (WMS) & Transport Management System (TMS) to the assigned clients to achieve improved business results by conducting following activities.
Execute supply chain applications support including but not restricting to client configurations data querying report generation extracting billing details EDI administration trouble shootings bugs fixing and administration.
Implement continuous improvement projects through user teams in order to deploy new functionalities of supply chain applications.
Obtain priority support from ADV ISD and other third-party vendors to ensure that computer systems and supply chain applications meet requirements of key business processes and the industry standards.
Qualifications
- . Degree in information technology or computer science with minimum 1 year of experience in an executive-level information technology position in the logistics & Supply Chain Management domain
- Business intelligence (BI) skills
- ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) skills
- Experience in software development would be an added advantage
- Project management skills
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and multi-tasking
