Job Summary
Critical role supporting regional distributors through IFS supply chain. This role supports the day-to-day operations of distributors ensuring timely and accurate deals get booked.
Key responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment
Reviewing information we get from the Distribution team getting a GPL and DAR submitted
- Close opportunities
Align all values in the opportunity with the final approved numbers and close the opportunities
- Fast track
After verifying signature from the customer / partner will be delivering fast track
- System Support
Use CRM to support our Distribution team in order to align forecast call.
- Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in warehouse workflows.
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with logistics software (SAP Manhattan WMS etc.)
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and warehouse operations
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
