Position Summary

The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving operational initiatives across the organization. This individual will manage coordinate and execute company-wide projects-ensuring they stay on track meet deadlines and successfully reach the finish line. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and skilled at keeping multiple workstreams moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all assigned operational and strategic projects from initiation through completion.

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans timelines and task lists.

  • Track progress monitor deadlines and proactively address delays or barriers.

  • Communicate project updates to leadership department heads and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

  • Document workflows processes and outcomes for each project.

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and align with Moments Hospices mission and priorities.

  • Serve as the central point of accountability for project timelines and results.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in project management operations or administrative leadership (healthcare/hospice preferred but not required).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

  • Proficiency in project tracking tools spreadsheets and reporting systems.

  • Ability to work independently and keep others accountable to deadlines.

  • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
