Position Summary
The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving operational initiatives across the organization. This individual will manage coordinate and execute company-wide projects-ensuring they stay on track meet deadlines and successfully reach the finish line. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and skilled at keeping multiple workstreams moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all assigned operational and strategic projects from initiation through completion.
Create and maintain detailed project plans timelines and task lists.
Track progress monitor deadlines and proactively address delays or barriers.
Communicate project updates to leadership department heads and stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Document workflows processes and outcomes for each project.
Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and align with Moments Hospices mission and priorities.
Serve as the central point of accountability for project timelines and results.
Qualifications
Prior experience in project management operations or administrative leadership (healthcare/hospice preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in project tracking tools spreadsheets and reporting systems.
Ability to work independently and keep others accountable to deadlines.
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
