Job Summary

Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at a leading medical facility in Manchester NH. As a Registered Nurse in our Med/Surg department you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Assessing and monitoring patients conditions and developing appropriate care plans - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients - Educating patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans - Responding to emergency situations and providing critical care as needed - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhering to all hospital policies procedures and safety standards - Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining a high standard of patient care - Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their hospital stay Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting - BLS and ACLS certifications - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to work day evening and night shifts as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
