- May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
- Coordinates total nursing care for patients
- Participates in patient and family teaching
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
Average daily patient census: 22

8hrs non-billable orientation
Call-back Holiday and OT multipliers: 1.25%
Call: 4/hour
Charge: 3/hr

BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
- 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
- May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
- MUST be willing to float to other units as needed (within scope of practice) Required
- CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
- BSN-Bachelor of Science in Nursing Strongly Preferred
