Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support / System Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and applications used by the company

- Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems including servers workstations and network devices

- Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are running efficiently and securely

- Maintain and update company databases and servers ensuring data integrity and security

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure operations

- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning

- Train and support staff on proper use of IT systems and applications

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and system administration

- Strong knowledge of server and network administration including Active Directory DNS and DHCP

- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of sports management systems and applications is a plus

Pay Rate: $35-55 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
