Job Summary
One of New York Citys premiere providers of Security A/V and Low Voltagesolutions is looking for a new Director of Sales!After a long career their current leader is retiring and hopes to find somebody to step in and take the reigns. This organization has been a trusted partner of Commercial Education Corporate Retail Hospitality and various other verticals for over 20 years - and puts its employees first in all decisions.
- Lead manage oversee develop and train the sales personnel and marketing efforts
- Develop strategy efficiencies and processes to increase revenue and execution
- Projects involve Access Control CCTV A/V and Low Voltage systems
- Work directly with the Owner to develop opportunities and make business decisions
- Develop goals performance tracking metrics KPIs and measurement
