Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Full-time Remote Work in Turkey!

Is your service-oriented professional with excellent command of the Dutch language We offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Support team from your home office in Turkey. You will become the face and voice of a globally recognized brand specializing in home and interior products. This is a full-time role with a stable schedule and excellent secondary benefits.

What Your Task Is:

You ensure a seamless customer experience by providing solutions and answering questions about products orders and service.

Inbound Contacts: Handling inquiries via phone email and chat related to orders deliveries assembly and returns.
First-Line Resolution: Adequately resolving problems upon first contact to maximize customer satisfaction.
Product Expertise: You will develop into an expert in our product range to provide customers with the most accurate information.
Quality Standards: You strictly follow our procedures and document all communication accurately.

Stable Schedule: Full-time (40 hours) 5 days per week. The schedule rotates across a Winter and Summer Schedule and covers service hours from Monday to Saturday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM) and Sunday (11:00 AM - 08:00 PM).
Breaks: Includes daily paid breaks.

Your Profile:

Language: Fluent (C2/Native) Dutch is crucial both written and verbal.
English: Good command of English (B2) for training and internal communication.
