Key Requirements

- English (B2) Ukrainian (Fluent)
- Hands-on expertise with tools like ScriptRunner and REST API for automation tasks.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate team performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to provide user support and conduct effective training sessions.
- Leadership qualities to drive Jira initiatives and foster collaboration across teams.
- Experience in process documentation to support standardization efforts.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model effectively managing responsibilities both remotely and onsite.
