The Strategic Customers Engineering team at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers who are the key drivers of our revenue. These clients are not merely customers but vital partners in our business as they operate their enterprises on our robust and reliable cloud platform. Our primary mission is to offer them best-in-class services that encompass a wide range of needs. This includes IaaS PaaS as well as AI infrastructure and associated networking and storage services.
Job Description:
- Supporting OCIs strategic pursuits and growth in APAC region. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success within OCI.
- Take ownership of pre-sales project management from initiation to completion including pulling in the right teams setting plans and tracking progress leadership reporting and escalations coordinating cross team support on features and capacities needs.
- Manage the development and implementation process of post sales support for AIML strategic accounts in APAC region. Working closely with customer AI Infra engineers and OCI TPMs and service teams to address customer issues in a prompt and sustainable way.
- Escalate issues as needed ensuring the customer satisfaction and account health. Drive agenda for cadence meetings between customers infra leadership and OCI executives and own OCI executive talking points track action items and delivery.
ResponsibilitiesQualifications:
- Bachelors Degree AND 8 years experience in product and program management roles driving cross-team collaborations and high-impact projets.
- Customer centric and business driven. Eager to help business teams win from competition. 3 years experience in customer facing program management or technical account manager roles.
- Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations. Familiarity and knowledge of AI workloads and SW stack.
- You possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of cloud architecture.
- You possess and exemplify maturity judgment negotiation/influence skills analytical skills and leadership skills.
- You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically. You are comfortable in engaging senior leaders within OCI (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives.
- You work well in ambiguity can work with your team to dive into a problem and create a solution
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of technical program management for Cloud Infra project.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to a diverse audience.
- Ability to build and maintain healthy rapport with customer
- Should have proactive problem-solving mindset
