Program 1: Factory Automation

As the ideal candidate you will leverage your technical and hands-on skills and play a vital role to fuel our growth in Factory Automation. Your role will be to develop test deploy and support equipment integration hardware and software solutions for new and existing robotic automation applications in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Maintain good housekeeping and follow good safety practice in Fab/office.

• Responsible for supporting work in progress (WIP) management decision support application infrastructure

• Develop test deploy and support equipment integration hardware and software solutions for new and existing robotic automation applications in a semiconductor manufacturing environment

• Design and develop optimization heuristic and rule-based dispatching and scheduling algorithms to improve factory performance

• Upkeep of system health status through regular maintenance.

• Follow SOP and provide proper passdown of line issues and documentation.

What You Will Need

• Nitec in Microelectronics; Electrical Technology or Electronics Mechanical Engineering related fields

• Higher Nitec in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Mechanical Engineering

• Students applying ITE WSDip program 2026 intake under Microelectronics Electrical Engineering or Mechanical System Engineering

• Good team player able to work independently resourceful willing to learn new skills with good initiatives

Program 2: Equipment Engineering

As the ideal candidate you will leverage your technical and hands-on skills and play a vital role to fuel our growth in Equipment Engineering. Your work will span across our existing and new Fabs with a focus on advanced manufacturing tools. Your role will be key to upkeep and improve equipment performance and availability to meet production and cycle time requirements.

What You Will Do

• Maintain good housekeeping and follow good safety practice in Fab/office.

• Upkeep of equipment and system health status through regular maintenance.

• Monitor equipment performance via Fault Detection Classification (FDC) to detect any abnormalities efficiently.

• Troubleshoot basic equipment related issues and minimize equipment downtime

• Follow SOP and provide proper passdown of line issues and documentation.

What You Will Need

• Nitec (GPA>2.0) or Higher Nitec from

• Nitec in Microelectronics; Electrical Technology or Electronics Mechanical Engineering related fields

• Higher Nitec in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Mechanical Engineering

• Students applying ITE WSDip program 2026 intake under Microelectronics Electrical Engineering or Mechanical System Engineering

• Good team player able to work independently resourceful willing to learn new skills with good initiatives
