The RoleWere looking for a Social Media Manager with proven experience in podcast and content launches who can take our existing material and turn it into viral platform-specific stories. Youll manage everything from editing and publishing to community growth and creative strategy ensuring our message travels as far as our stories do.
Key ResponsibilitiesPodcast Launch & Content Management- Lead the launch strategy for Kabuks upcoming podcast.
- Edit and repurpose long-form podcast interviews into short engaging clips optimized for TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
- Manage publishing schedules for podcast episodes across Spotify YouTube and other major platforms.
Social Media Growth & Engagement- Develop and execute creative trend-driven content strategies to grow our audience and boost engagement.
- Research and implement emerging social media trends sound formats and storytelling techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to maintain a consistent authentic brand voice.
Content Writing & Repurposing- Transform podcast and book material into compelling blog posts newsletters community updates and founder insights.
- Write engaging copy and captions that connect emotionally and drive shares follows and engagement.
Book Launch Support- Partner on the travel book launch campaign integrating podcast book and social storytelling into cohesive campaigns.
- Plan and execute cross-platform promotions to increase visibility and sales.
Requirements- 3 years of experience managing social media for content-driven brands or creators.
- Proven track record of launching or growing podcasts and/or viral short-form content.
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere CapCut or similar).
- Deep understanding of TikTok Instagram YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn trends.
- Excellent written English with a creative storytelling flair.
- Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience with book marketing or author brand launches is a major plus.
