About the Role:
Located in Raleigh NC
Were looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth by generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. As the first point of contact for prospective clients youll play a critical role in identifying opportunities sparking interest and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls emails LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest.
- Schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns and targets.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Stay informed on industry trends product offerings and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- 02 years of sales customer service or lead generation experience; B2B experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive edge.
- Resilient adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold calling.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
