Job Summary:
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering product knowledge sales techniques and skill development programs for employees in the jewellery sector. The role involves designing and conducting training sessions on jewellery craftsmanship gemology basics customer service and brand standards to enhance team performance and ensure consistent service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for retail and production staff on jewellery products materials and market trends.
Develop training materials manuals and e-learning modules.
Train employees on customer engagement sales techniques and brand presentation.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
Stay updated on new jewellery designs technologies and industry practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Jewellery Design Gemology or a related field.
5 years of experience in jewellery retail/training.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of precious metals gemstones and jewellery-making processes.
Passion for learning and teaching.
