Job Summary
Plan and Manage complete training operations of Product Training Centre
Manage training expenses and Budget of Product training operations
Identify and assess the training needs of Dealer Manpower through job analysis career paths and consultation with managers.
Develop training Module and manuals that target tangible results.
Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
Evaluate trained candidates performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Assess employees skills performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
Effectively communicate with team members trainers and management.
Coordinate with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.

Monthly training plan based on Annual training calendar
Training plan communication to AMD / AD / Field Staff
Conduct Trainings as per annual plan

Plan and execute training programs thru Dealer inhouse trainers
Monitor Attrition of dealer staff & plan training to improve % Trained
Updation of training data in LMS ( Daksha)
Evaluation of Training effectiveness Settling bills pertaining to training expenses on a monthly basis
Prepare Dealer debit according to Training attendance
Manage training and placment of cadidates thru Vocational Training Centre.
Manage training operations at Dealer Inhouse training centres

Bachelors degree in Automobile / Mechanical or a related field (essential).
A minimum of 4 -7 years experience in training and development management (essential).
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
