Education: BE Electrical / Electronics /Mechanical

Manufacturing Quality: - In the process Outgoing Supplier and Customer Quality.
Quality Management System: - QMS documents & System Audit Compliance (ISO IATF IMSULRoHS)
Incoming & Supplier QA: - Inspection standards Supplier Audits FPA/4M Management.
In-Process/Outgoing QA: - Detection Skill Enhancement Preventive actions Line Audits Sampling.
Customer Quality Management: - Part/Product Early Failure / Warranty Field Failure Analysis & control
Reliability: - Part/Product Reliability ORT/MQA Hi Reliability for Space application
Quality Shared Services: - Service Support Mgmt. of Global Manufacturing Units of EMS industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Quality Team of PCB Manufacturing
- Handling Overall Quality: Inward In-process Outward SMT Line Quality as well as Customer Quality.
- Controlling Metrics of parts/ products rejection PPM & reporting to top management on improvements.
- Ensure that IATF/QMS system requirements are established & adhered to.
- Conducting Internal Quality Review Meetings.
- Plan/Execute Internal Trainings Ensure Teams Productivity/ Utilization & Continuous Process Improvements
- Prepared Quality trends & Presented in Weekly/Monthly Quality meetings Conducted Quality status reviews
- Conducted line Process Audit & ESD audits Fault finding & Failure Analysis of Field Failure Return Parts.
- Handled SMT PCB Supplier Quality & Supplier Audit /Support.
