You have:
- 7 years of experience in project or program management ad tech integration or gaming operations.
- Deep understanding of F2P game economies monetization strategies and live service operations.
- Hands-on experience implementing monetization or ad products and optimizing for both engagement and revenue.
- Proven success collaborating across engineering product and business functions to deliver scalable developer solutions.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Experience supporting developer communities and driving adoption of new technologies.
- Understanding of SQL with the ability to put together your own dashboards
