Position: Manager III Facilities (multiple positions available)

Multiple Positions Available:
Work closely with Fulfillment Center (FC) Operations Operations Engineering FC Start up Team RME Reliability Team Central Planning ACES team and Safety in supporting building systems optimization and maintenance of various mechanical products and equipment. Provide engineering guidance to Technicians to ensure maintenance goals are aligned with site operations needs and coordinate and plan work activities for the inventory control and maintenance planning technicians. Monitor equipment reliability metrics and partner with the operations team to prioritize work and improvements in equipment maintenance. Lead the Root Cause Analysis and Permanent Corrective Action activities at the site. Make full use of condition-based and predictive maintenance tools to avoid unplanned repair work and identify opportunities to increase equipment reliability and uptime reduce costs and associated work. Perform regular deep dives/data analysis to understand key focus areas for improvement across facility. Deploy manage and improve predictive maintenance program including Thermography Vibration and Ultrasound technologies. Create deploy and share best practices at facility and share with other sites. Domestic travel required 15% of the time.

Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Operations Engineering or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Operations Engineering or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related
occupation as equivalent to the Masters degree and one year of experience.
Must have one year of experience in the following skills:
1)facilities management office management corporate administrative services or hospitality management experience
2)experience in design review process to incorporate electrical mechanical automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards
3)experience in automated conveyors systems and controls electrical and electronic principles blueprint and electrical schematic reading CMMS programs preventive maintenance procedures industrial electrical industrial controls industrial electronics
Domestic travel required 15% of the time.
