- Processing and managing FIT and corporate reservations received via phone email and other channels
- Serve as the first point of contact for all booking enquiries delivering prompt and professional assistance
- Providing efficient friendly and personalised service to every guest
- Staying up to date and fluent with the ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty program
- Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure all guest requests and service needs are met seamlessly
Qualifications :
Your Skills and Experience Include:
- Service-oriented with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Confident articulate communicator
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
