Your Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect with extensive experience in ServiceNow SPM and GRC to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform including its capabilities and limitations as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Functional Lead: Detailed understanding of the SPM and GRC module to guide KPMGs customer for effective implementation of SPM (both technically and functionally)
  • Design and Development: Oversee the development of custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform including workflows UI policies business rules and client scripts.
  • Integration: Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs web services and other integration tools. 
  • Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules such as SPM and GRC based on client requirements.
  • Testing and Debugging: Ensure thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to guarantee functionality and performance.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers business analysts and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in architectural roles with a focus on ServiceNow SPM and GRC.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Implementation Specialist and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
