Alexa Shopping team located in Bangalore is looking for an Sr Software Development Manager to deliver strategic goals for Alexa Shopping suite of products. This is an opportunity to join our mission to build tech solutions that delight Shopping customers. You will be responsible for building new system capabilities grounds up for strategic business initiatives. Key job responsibilities
Lead teams of talented software engineers and managers fostering their growth and development while delivering critical components of architecture.
Own the vision and roadmap your charter.
Invent new ways to improve the customer experience
Collaborate with your teams and partner teams to invent design and develop highly available and scalable distributed systems.
Build and manage partnerships and cross-org commitments with customers and dependency teams.
Work with your teams your peers senior management and senior engineers to implement best practices in software development and operational processes.

- 10 years of engineering experience
- 5 years of engineering team management experience
- 10 years of planning designing developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs projects and development teams in an Agile environment

- Experience partnering with product and program management teams
- Experience designing and developing large scale high-traffic applications
