Position Summary

Were seeking a strategic and driven Director of Account Management to lead the charge in expanding wallet share strengthening relationships and ensuring our clients stay delighted and loyal.

Youll partner with an exceptional team of Senior Account Managers to drive growth uncover new opportunities and deliver extraordinary client value all while mentoring and inspiring others to reach their full potential.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and motivate our Senior Account Management team to develop smart strategic growth plans for existing clients.
  • Expand wallet share by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our managed services portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor on key accounts building long-term high-trust partnerships.
  • Analyze account data to spot growth opportunities and prevent churn before it happens.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Project Management to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Coach and mentor your team in consultative selling and value-based client conversations.
  • Own and deliver revenue forecasts and growth targets for account management.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to craft creative client-focused offers.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive insights to position StoredTech as a leader in the MSP space.

What You Bring

Required:

  • 35 years of sales leadership experience in Managed Services IT Cloud or Cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts and driving retention.
  • Strong relationship-building negotiation and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data-driven forecasting.
  • A passion for developing people and helping them succeed.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think both strategically and tactically.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field.
  • Experience leading hybrid or multi-location sales teams.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely or in-office as needed.
  • Occasional travel (approximately 20%) to client sites and StoredTech offices.

Work Schedule

  • MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Flexibility for occasional after-hours work or travel based on client needs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $105000-$115000/year Total Compensation Potential: $215000/year based on performance incentives
