Role Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Service Catalog & Forms to design develop and enhance catalog items record producers variables and form behaviors. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Catalog Client Scripts UI Policies Flow Designer and integrations supporting ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Service Catalog items Record Producers and Order Guides.

Create and manage Catalog Variables Variable Sets Multi-row Variable Sets (MRVS).

Develop Catalog Client Scripts Catalog UI Policies and UI Actions.
-
Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
-
Customize Catalog Forms for Incident Request Change HR and CSM use cases.
-
Build and enhance Service Portal / UI Builder pages related to catalog requests.
-
Implement approvals SLAs notifications and fulfillment tasks.
-
Integrate catalog requests with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
-
Use Import Sets & Transform Maps for catalog-related data loads.
-
Ensure reusability performance optimization and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
-
Support testing UAT production deployments and defect fixes.
