The Sr. Business Solutions Analyst is a senior role that drives the strategic direction of the organizations systems processes and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
The Sr. Business Solutions Analyst will lead research design document and modify requirements and designs to support the organizations goals and objectives.
Additionally this position works with stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met and to ensure that the proposed solutions are aligned with the organizations strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with both the business and the technical team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of delivery from identifying and defining requirements & process flows and use cases through to user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams.
Support the maintenance and completeness of the Engage product backlog which includes prioritization refinement and elaboration of stories features and epics.
Analyze and identify the need for new processes and procedures to ensure that the organizations systems remain efficient and effective and drive the implementation of process improvement based on analysis.
Research and identify standard methodologies and communicate their policies and procedures to business teams and teammates.
Participate in design and solutioning sessions to ensure platform capabilities are optimally aligned to business requirements and value realization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The basic requirements needed to be able to successfully perform the duties of the role.
EDUCATION: Bachelors FIELD OF STUDY: Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years as a Business Architect or in a similar IT role
