We started with malnutrition. Were expanding to every major condition to ensure no patient falls through the cracks. Sequoia and First Round are backing us to build the platform that screens every patient for everything and drives tangible outcomes.

The Opportunity: As a product engineer youll work closely with our team of 11 to ship features that build user love and drive meaningful clinical impact.

Responsibilities

Own our application layer including the user-facing dashboard and internal admin panel and the APIs job queuing system and PostgreSQL database that power them
Collaborate with product clinicians MLE data and infrastructure engineers to build new product features

Requirements

Experience in maintaining and owning entire application systems
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with other engineering teams and product
Experience building software from 0 to 1
Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor to build high-quality code

Nice-to-Haves

Background in applied AI companies with strong product traction (not hype-driven firms).
Experience working at early-stage healthtech startups
Familiarity with EHR schemas/standards (FHIR/HL7)
Exposure to AI/ML products in healthcare
