Job Summary

We are looking for an Adobe Workfront Product Coordinator / Analyst to support product initiatives workflow optimization and platform administration. The role involves working closely with Product Managers to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage Adobe Workfront (workflows templates access)
Design and optimize end-to-end workflows
Partner with Product teams to translate requirements into solutions
Support UAT and L2 production support
Create documentation dashboards and reports
Manage vendors and coordinate with internal teams
Ensure governance data consistency and platform performance

Required Skills

Strong experience with Adobe Workfront (mandatory)
Workflow design configuration and optimization
Experience with UAT and application support (L2)
Exposure to AI/automation in workflows
Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have

Adobe Workfront Fusion
