This role reports to the Sr. Manager Professional Education and collaborates with Sales Leadership cross-functional teams (Marketing Medical Affairs Clinical Affairs) and Fellowship Program Directors to design execute and evaluate Fellows training initiatives. You will help position JNJ MedTech Neurovascular as the industry leader in clinical performance knowledge dissemination and training excellence.

Job Summary:

The Manager-Future Leaders will govern the end-to-end education lifecycle for Neurovascular fellows in the US including program design content development delivery assessment and continuous improvement. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration stakeholder management and a data-driven approach to optimize training impact on clinical performance and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development and delivery of clinical education content for Neurovascular Fellows integrating input from KOLs Health Care Compliance Medical Science Commercial Marketing and Fellowship program directors.

  • Define and execute regional Fellows education strategy in collaboration with sales leadership to align with market priorities and engagement goals.

  • Collaborate with regional Field Sales Organization (RSS TM CAS) to ensure adoption of curricula and effective transition-to-practice.

  • Architect and evaluate new and revised Fellows programs using outcomes data customer feedback utilization metrics and the Fellows database drive continuous improvement.

  • Produce comprehensive Fellows training guides for the Field Sales organization; conduct quarterly reviews to refresh content based on unmet needs and evolving tools.

  • Oversee program registration enrollment communications and information flow with Neurovascular Field Sales organization.

  • Design and optimize event facilitation to deliver an exceptional customer learning experience; manage session logistics and cross-functional roles (equipment staffing).

  • Manage content submission and copy-review workflows with internal teams (HEMA HCC Legal) to ensure regulatory/compliance alignment.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination to support hands-on training and equipment logistics; clarify roles and responsibilities for all session support teams.

  • Drive post-program assessment of effectiveness ROI and impact on sales performance; implement improvements based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.

  • Crosstrain with Professional Education teammates to enable broader program support; share best practices and accelerators.

  • Represent the team at key training programs symposia and conferences; deliver hands-on simulation sessions where appropriate.

  • Communicate business opportunities risks and program insights to leadership; build and maintain robust relationships with fellowship directors faculty and program champions.

  • Budget oversight for training events; manage materials logistics and administrative support; ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for HCP agreements Faculty Time Records and payments.

  • Communicate business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree.

  • Minimum 5 years of Neurovascular-related experience (Professional/Commercial Education Marketing Sales or Clinical).

  • Minimum 3 years in organizational learning or education with demonstrated program leadership.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into scalable training initiatives.

  • Data-driven mindset; proficient in applying metrics to measure program effectiveness and impact on sales.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Teams SharePoint Excel PowerPoint) and ZOOM.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree.

  • Well-established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

  • Strong familiarity with Health Care Compliance guidelines.

  • Experience presenting to physicians and senior leadership.

  • Proficiency with social media.

Physical Requirements:

  • Up to 50% travel; occasional weekend commitments.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical activities as needed.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$117000 - $201250

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance.
