Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new mobile application and loyalty programs for a retail and bakery brand. This role focuses on driving customer engagement retention and frequency through data-driven digital initiatives.
The Program Manager will work closely with marketing analytics and technical teams including coordination with an overseas HQ development team to ensure successful execution of app-related programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution of a new mobile app launch and post-launch optimization
- Define success metrics project plans milestones and timelines
- Manage cross-functional teams (analytics technical marketing) to meet program goals
- Drive loyalty and growth strategies focused on customer experience retention and acquisition
- Analyze app performance and customer data to recommend improvements
- Manage program roadmap backlog and prioritization of new features
- Serve as the main point of contact for program status updates and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with U.S. teams and overseas development partners to align business and technical requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 8 years of experience in digital program management or loyalty/digital initiatives
- Experience in retail QSR or franchise brands strongly preferred
- Strong project and people management experience
- Solid understanding of digital platforms infrastructure and data systems
- Proficiency in analytics tools and languages (SQL required; Python/R/SAS a plus)
- Advanced Excel PowerPoint and reporting skills
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
