Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new mobile application and loyalty programs for a retail and bakery brand. This role focuses on driving customer engagement retention and frequency through data-driven digital initiatives.

The Program Manager will work closely with marketing analytics and technical teams including coordination with an overseas HQ development team to ensure successful execution of app-related programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of a new mobile app launch and post-launch optimization
Define success metrics project plans milestones and timelines
Manage cross-functional teams (analytics technical marketing) to meet program goals
Drive loyalty and growth strategies focused on customer experience retention and acquisition
Analyze app performance and customer data to recommend improvements
Manage program roadmap backlog and prioritization of new features
Serve as the main point of contact for program status updates and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with U.S. teams and overseas development partners to align business and technical requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required
8 years of experience in digital program management or loyalty/digital initiatives
Experience in retail QSR or franchise brands strongly preferred
Strong project and people management experience
Solid understanding of digital platforms infrastructure and data systems
Proficiency in analytics tools and languages (SQL required; Python/R/SAS a plus)
Advanced Excel PowerPoint and reporting skills
Bilingual in Korean and English required
