Job Summary
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced ICU Nurse Manager (RN) to provide leadership oversight for intensive care services across multiple clinical areas. This role is responsible for implementing best-practice care models managing clinical operations leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of safe high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead and implement best-practice ICU care models and patient care delivery systems

Oversee ICU operations across multiple units or locations

Provide clinical leadership supervision and competency oversight for nursing staff
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Manage staffing resource utilization equipment supplies and medications
-
Ensure regulatory compliance patient safety and a secure clinical environment
-
Address and resolve patient family and care-related concerns
-
Maintain clinical expertise and perform hands-on clinical duties as required
Required Qualifications -
Active California RN License

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Minimum 5 years of ICU or acute patient care experience

Minimum 4 years of nursing leadership or management experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications -
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

ANCC certification in a related specialty
-
Experience in healthcare operations or business management
Skills & Competencies -
