Your opportunity

Were looking for a motivated and organised Operations Supervisor to join our Customer Care Centre (CCC) the heart of Westfield customer this role youll oversee the operations administration and performance of the Centre across all functions including Parking Gift Cards and Membership. Youll ensure efficient service delivery high standards of customer care and smooth day-to-day operations while collaborating with teams across departments and Westfield Destinations to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operations and administration of the Customer Care Centre.
  • Managing rosters system performance and general office needs to keep everything on track.
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues working with internal teams to find fast practical solutions.
  • Monitoring reporting and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Working closely with vendors and internal teams to keep systems running smoothly and support seamless service.

This role is permanent full-time based at our Customer Care Centre in Parramatta and includes rotating into weekend shifts as part of a monthly roster with a day off in lieu.
