The Opportunity

Our DHH India Internship Program offers Cooperative (Co-op) education opportunities lasting up to 6 months. The program allows students to work on one or more projects within our Digital Human Health team. These opportunities are designed to facilitate the transition from academia to industry for soon-to-be graduates and will involve participation and contribution in real projects. This is also a way for you to identify if our company may be the right company for your long-term career goals.

Program Details

• Duration: Typically 36 months.

• Work: One or more projects focused on advanced data analytics AI/ML Data management Product building- dashboard software application Gen-AI Workfront business engagement support commercial assessment competitive landscape and forecasting within our Digital Human Health team.

• Experience: Practical hands-on exposure to industry workflows cross-functional collaboration and the transition from academia to a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project workstreams by gathering organizing and analyzing data related to commercial objectives.

• Assist with preparing clear concise materials (presentations summaries dashboards) that communicate findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements timelines and deliverables.

• Contribute to problem-solving discussions and help identify actionable insights that inform business decisions.

• Maintain documentation and ensure work meets quality accuracy and timeline expectations.

Required Education and Skills

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in bachelors / masters / PhD degree program in a Quantitative discipline such as: Data Science Statistics Mathematics Physics Economics Computational Biology Engineering Management or other relevant discipline. Expected to graduate within the next 12 years.

• Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving and strategic thinking.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to balance methodological rigor with project timelines and deliverables.

• Capability to synthesize complex information into clear actionable insights.

• Having a passion for applying technology to enable healthcare are able to work on a team as well as independently and enjoy learning new technologies
