Those in cloud operations at PwC will focus on managing and optimising cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring troubleshooting and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems.

Role:Digital Workplace Administrators - OS Management

Level:Associate

Experience:2-5years

Description:

In this rolecandidate isrequired to havean extensiveexperience with deployment tools for Monthly patching Standard deployments reporting software packaging for Windows Operating Systems desktop management issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 yearsofexpertisein Desktop Managementand software distribution.

  • Expert in Windows 10/11 related issues.

  • Must have technicalexpertisein administrating various Software deployment tools like VMWare Workspace 1 SCCMIntuneetc. Windows desktop management issues.

  • Must have experience with Software packaging tools.

  • Managing mass software distribution and troubleshooting failed deployments.

  • Managingend to endpatching for end user devices at the global level.

  • Application and third-party patching.

  • Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements.

  • Participate in triage calls for major incidents.

  • Research and analyzenew technologies. Establish andmonitorshort- and long-range plans for Infrastructure Solutions.

  • Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the problems andensure to avoid itsreoccurrence.

  • Support Manage optimize and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop to include but not limited to patch updates.

  • Frequent reporting of the deployments for stakeholders.

  • Manage Desktop (software and connectivity) incidentsthrough toresolution.

  • Experience in Automations through PowerShell or python.

  • Strong ITIL process knowledge.

  • Strong analyticaltroubleshootingand problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Scienceor related technology field preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM.

  • Current understanding of industry trends and methodologies.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

Additional Information:

  • Strong written and Oral communication skills.

  • Should be open to work in night shifts (24/7)

  • Should beoperatingfromoffice(5 days a week).
