- Responding to internal and external phone calls emails and messages quickly and efficiently
- Managing guest requests arrangements and queries
- Greeting guests and anticipating their needs throughout the stay
- Delivering a seamless check in and check out procedure
- Reporting and record keeping

- Is a clear communicator
- Is organised and detail oriented
- Has flexibility to work a variety of different shifts
