Job Summary
Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Onsite Dallas TX (Open for Relocation)
Type: Full-time/W2 - USC/GC/EAD Only
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design build and integrate scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds working onsite in Dallas to support enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex LWC and SOQL/SOSL.
- Build and maintain integrations via REST SOAP BULK and Streaming APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop triggers flows validation rules and custom components.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce AWS integrations (Lambda S3 AppFlow etc.).
- Ensure code quality through version control PRs and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Prepare technical documentation unit testing and performance tuning.
Requirements:
- 7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Expert in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong background in API-based integrations with external systems.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Service Experience Marketing and Data Cloud.
- Familiar with AWS services (Lambda S3 AppFlow CloudWatch).
- Proficient in SQL and complex business logic development.
- Experience with CI/CD tools Git and Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or App Builder certifications.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture & metadata framework.
- Prior full lifecycle implementation experience.
