Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Atlanta GA (Remote)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud Experience Cloud Knowledge CMS).
• Manage user setup profiles roles permission sets/groups and security/sharing settings.
• Oversee data management platform security and system performance.

• Create and optimize custom objects fields page layouts validation rules flows and approval processes.
• Build reports dashboards and process automations based on business requirements.

• Develop automated workflows and flows to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

• Lead integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build and maintain Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura components metadata types and flow actions.
• Support development using APEX Visualforce platform events and other Salesforce technologies.

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds.
• Translate business requirements into scalable secure future-proof technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on integrations custom development and platform governance.
• Maintain architectural documentation data models and integration diagrams.

• Manage deployments across sandboxes and production using tools such as Salesforce DX Jenkins Copado or Gearset.
• Maintain version control branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure test coverage conduct code reviews and manage release cycles.

• Work closely with business stakeholders product owners developers and administrators.
• Participate in requirement gathering solution design sessions and expectation management.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) practices technical governance design standards and data stewardship.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support and escalations.
• Provide end-user training technical troubleshooting and platform best practices.
• Maintain system documentation training materials and standard operating procedures.

• Stay current with new Salesforce releases tools and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend AppExchange and third-party solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales POC development and technical deep-dive activities when required.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience designing Salesforce applications preferably for Government clients.
• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and security/compliance-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture integrations and platform capabilities.
• Strong ability to meet cybersecurity and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and analytical skills.
• Proven references from similar past projects.

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator Platform Developer Service Cloud Consultant or Architect.
• Experience leading Salesforce technical design sessions and architecture reviews.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools CI/CD pipelines and version control strategies.
• Experience contributing to Salesforce Centers of Excellence (CoE) or governance frameworks.
