About the Role
As a Product Operations Analyst you will serve as the central operational owner for DoorDashs key product partnerships. This role combines hands-on logistics technical configuration process design and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless experience for clients - from deal signing to go-live.
Youll design and manage scalable operational playbooks for hardware deployment (e.g. in-store computers) acting as the bridge between Revenue (Sales & Customer Success) teams and internal operations to streamline fulfillment and partnership success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned partners identifying and escalating risks or critical updates.
Hardware Procurement & Configuration
- Oversee procurement inventory and technical setup of all partner hardware (e.g. macOS systems or POS devices).
Logistics & Fulfillment
- Manage the end-to-end shipment process - preparing labeling packaging and coordinating pickups with carriers.
Lifecycle & Status Tracking
- Maintain accurate tracking for all partner accounts and hardware from onboarding to shipment activation and credit issuance.
Process Development & Improvement
- Design document and optimize scalable processes for procurement configuration and fulfillment operations.
Revenue Team Coordination
- Act as the operational liaison for Sales and Customer Success teams providing regular updates and supporting enablement efforts.
Expectation Management
- Partner with Sales Onboarding and CS to ensure accurate client communication and delivery timelines.
Internal Communications
- Create and manage operational updates and documentation for internal stakeholders.
Sales Operations Support
- Assist with order form creation and tracking while identifying automation opportunities for greater efficiency.
What Were Looking For
Operations Mindset
- 1 2 years of experience in operations logistics or business/sales operations roles.
Process Builder
- Proven ability to build document and refine processes for scalability and efficiency.
Technically Inclined
- Comfortable with hardware/software configuration; experience with Apple/macOS environments preferred.
Meticulous Organization
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong Collaboration & Communication
- Skilled at clear concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive Problem-Solving
