About the Opportunity
We are hiring a target-based Non-IT Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across non-technical functions on a remote-first model. This is a high-impact role for recruiters who thrive on hitting KPIs building deep candidate pipelines and closing volume hires with speed and quality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions: source screen interview negotiate offers and close candidates to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn job portals (Naukri/Indeed) Boolean search and referral channels to build a consistent qualified pipeline.
- Conduct structured phone and video screens evaluate fit against JD and competency frameworks and present curated shortlists to hiring managers.
- Manage offer workflow and candidate negotiations; coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth handover to HR/Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM track hiring metrics (time-to-fill pipeline conversion offer-acceptance) and deliver weekly status reports.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job briefs set realistic SLAs and implement process improvements to scale volume hiring.
