In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

PwCs Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice is growing and we are seeking CLMcertified professionals to join us as a CLM Implementation Specialist(s).

We are seeking a skilled CLM Implementation Specialist to join our this role you will collaborate with our clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications. You will utilise these designs to configure leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) products including but not limited to Agiloft Icertis and ContractPodAI. Your efforts will ensure the successful deployment and adoption of these solutions supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Change Management workstreams. You will work closely with project managers client stakeholders and the CLM implementation team to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

CLM Solution Design & Configuration

Analyse business processes contract types data sources workflows and reporting needs related to contract lifecycle management.

Design and document the configuration of the CLM tool including:

Contract templates clauses and metadata

Business rules roles and permissions

System integrations notifications and dashboards

Configure and customise the CLM system to meet client requirements while ensuring scalability and best practices.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct and validate system testing ensuring configurations align with functional and technical requirements.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing guidance feedback and troubleshooting.

Identify and resolve configuration defects to maintain system quality and performance.

Implementation & Deployment

Assist with deployment and go-live activities ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to operational use.

Provide post-implementation support addressing client concerns and recommending enhancements or upgrades.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

Work closely with client stakeholders project managers and the CLM implementation team to ensure successful delivery.

Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to support system adoption.

Stay up-to-date on CLM trends and new technology features such as Contract Intelligence and Generative AI.

Skills & Experience:

CLM Product certification (e.g. Agiloft Icertis ContractPodAI or similar) preferred.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Proven experience in CLM implementation and configuration.

Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot test and validate system configurations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Project). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
