Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Salesman to join the Cape Town team the main functions will be to ensure the achievement of sales targets to current customers by effective service delivery marketing sales and support of parts services - Drive customer service excellence by developing good customer relations. Selling parts to customers directly (over counter) and telephonically. Processing of quotes and customer orders efficiently.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets to current customers
Development and growth of new / potential customers
Selling parts directly and telephonically
Processing quotes and customer orders
Ensure effective record keeping
Ensure effective stock management
Participate in stock takes
Requirements
Grade 12
Sales / Marketing qualification preferred
Minimum 3 5 years parts sales experience gained in the forklift / motor / construction industry
Counter / Telesales experience
Proficient in MS Office
SAP experience will be an advantage
Required Skills:
