We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Parts Supervisor to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching monthly targets managing inventory ordering parts and ensuring timely delivery to meet the needs of our customers and internal departments as well as to act in a supervisory role to other members of the parts team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment..

Salary structure:

Basic monthly salary

Minimum Requirements

Min 3 years experience in a Part Sales environment preferably for a Franchised Dealer (Ford specific experience advantageous)
Min 2 years experience in a Supervisory role
Proficient computer skills including Evolve software
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Clear criminal record
