Job Summary
Background:
- Our Client who is in the credit risk solutions insurance and invest management industry is looking for a dynamic Junior and Senior Sales Consultants - Three positions available
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 Years B2B Sales experience within the financial services sector
- Matric & RE 5 Certificate
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Proven sales track record within the financial services sector essential
- Business development and CRM exposure
- Long established company the largest of its kind in the country great working environment and management
- Excellent interpersonal communications listening and negotiations skills
- Excellent career opportunity for committed individuals
- Identify and pursue new B2B Clients through networking cold outreach and referrals
- Conduct in-depth analysis of prospective and existing Clients financial goals risk tolerance and needs
- Develop customized financial solutions and create and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with Clients and key decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends product offerings and regulatory changes to provide expert advice
- Track sales activities manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to management
- External sales and cross selling opportunities with existing Clientele
